North Carolina State University: Young Writers Workshop

The NC State University Young Writers Workshop is a two-week, non-residential summer program designed to inspire and nurture the creative talents of young writers aged 10–14, entering grades 5–8. Held on weekday afternoons on NC State’s campus, this workshop is one of the oldest and most affordable programs of its kind in the nation, offering young participants a chance to develop their writing skills in a supportive and engaging environment.
